High Efficiency Gauze Pre-Folding Machine

 

High Efficiency Gauze pre-folded machine is automatically folds 10cm to 60cm wide gauze into 2 ply,3ply and 4 ply and roll-up the folded gauze into a roll of a diameter of Max 80cm. It also simultaneously attaches the x ray detectable thread on the surface of gauze as required.

 

 

High Efficiency Gauze pre-folded machine make 2 ply,3ply and 4 ply gauze roll with x-ray detectable thread or without x -ray detectable thread.

It automatically folds 10cm to 60cm wide gauze into 2 ply,3ply and 4 ply and roll-up the folded gauze into a roll of a diameter of Max 80cm. It also simultaneously attaches the x ray detectable thread on the surface of gauze as required.

2). Production speed: 80 to 100 meters per minute when x ray detectable thread attaching system is off and 60 to 80 meters per minute when x ray detectable thread attaching system is on.
